Here (again) is my situation. I recently ordered and received a simple plastic knob foolishly thinking that I would get a rotary switch CONTROL PANEL as named in the Control Panel section of your Parts and Accessories list on your website.

So, I only received only the rotary control for the fan's speed and lights... Now, 50$ later, I am stuck with an only 2 years old range hood that only works on its highest and noisiest speed. On top of that, for some time now the two lights of the device have started to flicker occasionally. It would be great if you could find the control panels' parts number. In both cases the problem is not the knob, but the CONTROL PANEL itself.

Can somebody help me get the actual CONTROL PANELS for the AN-1573? Not the plastic knobs but the devices they activate. Hint : it has wires coming out from them. ;-)
