I contacted Ancona via email for information for replacement bulbs or puck lights for a range hood purchased in 2011. I received a response the next day! They provided the name/size of the bulb which can be purchased on-line (or at a local hardware store). They also gave me a link to be notified when the puck lights were back in stock. Great customer service.

The wall switch on my towel warmer no longer works. You sent me a link for the part, but unable to order as it says you cannot ship to the USA. How am I supposed to repair this?
We have a Ancona range hood. The buttons for fan and light stopped working. We contacted Ancona to get the part number for the “control panel” so we could replace it, but they have advised that the model has been discontinued and the control panel is not available.
So we have this huge metal item that will have to go to the dump and we’ll have to buy a new one because the buttons don’t work and the company does not support its product.
We won’t be replacing with Ancona.
I had purchased new bulbs for my range hood but none were fitting in correctly. I contacted customer service by email and Jackie was so helpful. She responded to my questions quickly and efficiently and was extremely friendly and courteous. I can now stop buying and returning 😊

Thanks for asking how I feel about the help I received from Ancona. I tried to get a part that was currently out of stock and clicked on the radio button that says 'Let me know when it is available'. That has been the extent of my interaction with Ancona so I can't say any more at this time.
It’s been over three weeks and my order still hasn’t shipped and all I get are AI responsss.
I ordered Ancona home filters elite on 12/18/2025 . It has still not delivered or no communication about why it has not be delivered.
Service was excellent! Part was identified, sent link directly to part so I could order right away. Prompt quick and had me straightened away within minutes.
Nice that a response to my initial email was quick.
The suggestion posed by AI was enough to resolve my issue.
Would have rather had a human but for this particular problem, AI was enough.

I had to do several chats to finally get what I wanted. AI was no help and it could have been resolved quickly with a human answering.
Response was timely although I would have appreciated a response from a real person not AI.

Have a burnt out lightbulb but need a suction cup to remove the bulb on my range hood. I do not have the suction cup.How can I get one?
I purchased a heated towel rack from Best Buy during the summer. At that time it worked and because it was summer, I didn't use it again until mid October and then it stopped working. I contacted Ancona directly and sent them purchase invoice from Best Buy Online. I was contacted very promptly by the Ancona customer service department and when they determined that it wasn't just a faulty switch, they offered either a full refund or replacement. I opted for a replacement. They didn't require me to send the faulty one back, which was very handy as I no longer had the shipping box. Great service!
