Jackie in customer service went above and beyond to help me find the correct part. she even sent me the website to order the part which I did.I will post another review after I received the part.And hopefully it will fix my problem.
I bought a tub faucet several years ago and I needed to replace a part but it was discontinued from where it was purchased. I took a chance and emailed the company and after a few email exchanges the part was found and shipped free to me! Jackie was awesome, great customer service!!!

I received a quick reply to my inquiry. However it should not have been necessary as I should have been able to find the replacement part on the website simply by searching for parts for my hood based on the model number on the sticker attached to thw inside of the hood. Instead, I had to contact them through their contact form with the model number attached to my hood for them to match it to an entirely different model number that is not found anywhere on my hood. Why this is, is beyond reason but hey, at least they got back to me with the information o needed.
Had a glass "lens" for a range hood crack and local stores didn't carry a replacement. Reached out to Ancona and while the glass "lens" wasn't sold separately, Jackie recommended an acceptable solution to replace. Thanks Ancona!
I had purchased my hood fan through Hime Depot and it sat in the box for over three months before renovations were at the stage where it could be installed. Upon opening the flawless box, it was discovered the lower portion of the chimney for the island hood fan was horribly dented in 5 different spots. The timeframe for refund or return had passed with the retailer so they kindly provided the contact for Anconda. I emailed them and received a response almost immediately stating they were sending a whole new set at no charge. Impressed by their service and would highly recommend this brand to anyone. I love the hood fan , its design, and functionality.
I contacted Ancona when my light on my range hood began coming on randomly on its own. Jackie was professional and respectful and the response was almost immediate. She found a possible solution and is sending us new puck lights to try. Amazing people, amazing service and I will definitely recommend Ancona in the future. Looking for a replacement filter for my Ancoma stove hood. Response was quick and they told me which one to order. I placed the order. Hopefully it is the correct one.
Placed my order and told me that I ordered the wrong parts gave me a refund and gave me a discount on new motor for my range hood.
We were having some issues with a 4 hole tub faucet. The diverter valve was not fully closing and water would dribble down the wand. We sent an email explaining the situation. Ancona replied on a Sunday asking if they should send a new replacement at no charge and we agreed ! Thank you for the great service! We are looking g forward to the new bathtub faucet.

They provided the correct part number to order. Sadly, TRUMP TARIFFS prevent me from ordering the part as Ancona must now reconsider pricing+tariff costs for the control panel. I hope to be able to order it soon at some inflated cost.
I was having no success trying to set the clock on the timer (PATIM-01), so I sent them an email...on a Saturday. Within 30 minutes I had a helpful response from someone who actually read my email and understood the problem. It ended up being my misunderstanding of the instructions (which, admittedly, could be improved with some different wording, but I digress...) but I was impressed with their prompt and thoughtful weekend response.
Ordered replacement filters and LED lights for an 8year old exhaust fan. Impossible to connect with a live agent, but eventually did get it sorted out through online request and subsequent email. Parts have been ordered (free shipping in Canada)
