jackie is always prompt in her replies and gets to resolving the issue ASAP! if she doesnt know the answer, she will figure it out and gets back to you - she does not forget about you, no matter how small your issue is. Ancona is lucky to have her representing their brand. The hood fan i purchased is not the best grade of steel. It has rusty spots and it tarnishes easily. Even water marks are hard to get off. I use a stainless foam cleaner and have difficulty even with that. So i have issue with the product quality but not the customer service.

I was very impressed with the service. My Ancoma Range motor died on Wednesday evening. Contacted via chat late Wednesday evening. Got an email from Jackie Thursday morning, with a link for the correct model. Placed the order, expecting it to arrive in 5 to 7 business days. Was surprised to get delivered Next morning, i.e. Friday. Hats of to Jackie and the team for qick delivery. Now I can go back to cooking. Best service ever.
