Looking for a replacement filter for my Ancoma stove hood. Response was quick and they told me which one to order. I placed the order. Hopefully it is the correct one.
Placed my order and told me that I ordered the wrong parts gave me a refund and gave me a discount on new motor for my range hood.
We were having some issues with a 4 hole tub faucet. The diverter valve was not fully closing and water would dribble down the wand. We sent an email explaining the situation. Ancona replied on a Sunday asking if they should send a new replacement at no charge and we agreed ! Thank you for the great service! We are looking g forward to the new bathtub faucet.

They provided the correct part number to order. Sadly, TRUMP TARIFFS prevent me from ordering the part as Ancona must now reconsider pricing+tariff costs for the control panel. I hope to be able to order it soon at some inflated cost.
I was having no success trying to set the clock on the timer (PATIM-01), so I sent them an email...on a Saturday. Within 30 minutes I had a helpful response from someone who actually read my email and understood the problem. It ended up being my misunderstanding of the instructions (which, admittedly, could be improved with some different wording, but I digress...) but I was impressed with their prompt and thoughtful weekend response.
Ordered replacement filters and LED lights for an 8year old exhaust fan. Impossible to connect with a live agent, but eventually did get it sorted out through online request and subsequent email. Parts have been ordered (free shipping in Canada)
I've been looking for spare filters for a range hood that appears to have been discontinued. The website lists the needed item as 'Out of Stock' and inquiries got essentially identical replies: "We're expecting them in stock shortly." First inquiry was made in August of '24.
A random visit to the website brought up a page that seemed to imply the parts were available. I ordered the parts, only to be stymied with oversized filters. Communication with customer service has been prompt, but the answers are the same, "We're expecting them in stock shortly." Now I'm on the hook to ship the wrong parts back at my expense to start a refund process. The saga continues.

I ordered range hood filters and somehow my phone changed the billing address to not where I live. In panic mode I contacted them and their Customer Service quickly & professionally fixed my error. The rep made it very easy and enjoyable with some humorous communication, crisis averted, thank you!!
I contacted the company via their website trying to locate the control processor for a range hood that is 10 years old. Received a response to my message within a few hours with a link to order the required part. Happy with the quick response and the fact that the part is still available.
Got the sone rating of the range hood but this information should be on the product sheet already like most range hood manufacturers have done.
When my oven door had problems I reached out to Ancona customer service for help. I received the best customer service response I've ever experienced. Jackie is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and ready to make sure I get what I need to have a fully functioning oven door. I love my oven and now I am thrilled with Ancona's responsive customer service. I want to move to Canada!!

The light on my range hood failed and in looking how to repair it, I used the chat feature on the website. The bot helped me understand that my light might be under warranty, so I answered it's questions, and got an email that Ancona would follow up. After no follow up, I responded to the email, received an apology, and the part was shipped. Happy to get the part, but wish the emails were better managed.
