Called your 1800 number for two days and received consistent busy signals. Didn't like that. Your email response time was adequate however the instructions in how to install the replacement range hood fan assembly should include the step of removing the range hood from the wall.

My original motor started having issues after 5 years. I thought I had to buy a whole new range hood. Checked with the company and was able to just order a replacement motor. Very easy to change out. Just a few screws and a single cable to plug in. A few things to move out of the way to get the cable in and out, but not horrible. I spent more time cleaning the hood then replacing the motor. Overall happy with the new motor.
