This filter has been out of stock for a few years now. I wonder if this company is even in business as service and parts seem to be neglected. I most probably will have to buy another range-hood from a better brand.

Box used to ship the filters in was quite thin and flimsy. The box received a puncture during shipping that resulted in damage to one filter. Filter is dented where the puncture was made and a small hole is in the center of the dent.
