Unit was easy to replace. As I had to replace the light transformer and wires I would have appreciate to have some instructions to connect everything together. Support department was responsive to all my questions.
Replacing tall the electronic parts made made working again instead of replacing the whole unit.

The lights in our 9 year old range hood went out at the same time, after troubleshooting we figured out the circuit board was shot. I accidentally ordered the wrong board and Jackie was very helpful in helping me order the correct one and RMA’ing the wrong one. I was very impressed with the service and the fact that my range hood parts are still available!!
