I bought the exact timer to replace a unit that was fried in a power surge. This made the wiring easy to replicate. After connecting everything on, the on/off light glowed and everything looked fine, but after putting it back in the box it wouldn't work. I pulled it out and checked all the connections again, but it still wouldn't work. It wasn't until I put it back in the electrical box so the wires weren't hanging out that I noticed a tiny reset button. After pressing it, everything worked.

Instructions are not clear. Doesn't tell you clearly how you save the selected time on/off.-days etc. Do you push the clock button to save your time choices???
I have spent a lot of time in trying to set the times up. Is it better to push re-set
and start again?
What button do you select to "SET STOP TIME" which locks in your times to start and finish?? PLEASE REPLY

I purchased a replacement timer for a heated towel bar. It was defective. I’ve received two “AI” generated responses. The first said no replacements or refunds, even for defective products (can’t imagine any company would do this). The second said “elevating” the request to replace the product. Haven’t heard back. Liked the original product, but this is unacceptable. Without positive resolution, I’ll try to tell as many people as possible of my experience and that they should not buy Ancona branded products.
