Please post reviews of the horrible customer service. This is only company who has single part for my non working oven. I have been without an oven for 4 months. There is no hope for this part without pressure from customers. Please stop being vague and start giving realistic expectations. Will this part ever be available yes or no? Don’t tell me to sign up for a “notify me” fictitious email. Respond with real time lines or give an alternative. This is your product Come up with a solution, another vendor, warranty discount? Do something!!!!
