The control board I bought it’s faulty or defective

The control board I bought it’s faulty or defective.
It burned the led light bulbs. The phone on the website when I am calling, it says the customer you’re calling is not in service. Please someone can call me @[****]

The controller fit well

The controller fit well in place I can control the fan speed and the timer but it the led lights don't work

The item worked as expected

The item worked as expected. I was disappointed with the wait and lack of communication as to the delay. I sent a couple nasty-grams and it showed up a few days later. Not sure why but I was happy to get it.
