I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Ancona’s customer service, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. My gas stove needed a replacement igniter, and from start to finish, the customer service team was incredibly attentive, responsive, and helpful in guiding me through the process. They made sure I had the right part and even provided timely updates. It’s rare to find such stellar customer support in the appliance industry these days, and Ancona truly stands out for it. This was my first time using an Ancona product, and I’m very impressed with both the quality of the stove and the outstanding service. I will definitely recommend Ancona to friends and family. The only challenge I encountered was the igniter, and it was easily resolved thanks to their excellent customer care.
