Hands down one of the worse companies I've ever dealt with. The vented hood insert ordered did not match the dimensions on their website and would not fit. I tried calling the customer service number but it just gives a busy signal. Emailed many times and used website to try to find the process for a return. After sending an email after 2 weeks threatening to go to the BBB, I got an email saying they would give me my money back when they got a tracking number from me. Shipping the return was $100 that they said they won't pay for. I emailed them the tracking number. And here I sit today, package was delivered back to Ancona some days ago and I still have not got my money back or the shipping paid for. No one answers the phone and they will not answer emails. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. PERIOD.
