I buy 2 this products for one of my customers, one come with the open box, when I try to contact customer service, they told me that someone will contact me in 24 hours. I has to for 4 days when finally they give another number to call. when I call and explain that one part was missing they told me that is nothing they can do. I ask if they can sell me that part and again they said: sorry is nothing that we can do. Very disappointed!!! NO WANDER COSTCO DOSEN'T WANT TO SELL IT ANYMORE!
