I originally ordered the white transformer, but it turned out to be the wrong item. I tried to change the order, but I wasn’t able to get any real customer support—only the automated AI system, which made it very difficult to explain the situation. As a result, I ended up losing $75 for nothing

The transformer was received promptly waiting on electrician to install.

This appears to be a proprietary essential part for Ancona vent hood lights. It is overpriced, but resolved my issue and is cheaper than a new vent hood.
