When my oven door had problems I reached out to Ancona customer service for help. I received the best customer service response I've ever experienced. Jackie is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and ready to make sure I get what I need to have a fully functioning oven door. I love my oven and now I am thrilled with Ancona's responsive customer service. I want to move to Canada!!
When our Ancona Microwave stopped working customer service was responsive, and helped us get a replacement (In warranty) within a few hours...

Product has been out of stock for over 2 months!! Can’t get through to speak with anyone! No ETA given on when the item will be back in stock and no alternative for a replacement. So I guess I’m cooking with no lights for the indefinite future, sigh!
love their products: stove exhaust fan, 2 vanities, 3 sets of taps etc.
need some advice as to why exhaust fan led lights go on for a few seconds then flicker and turn off. tried 5 times to get an answer but not a single reply. initial contact person is very efficient but can't get anyone in the back to address my concens.

The light on my range hood failed and in looking how to repair it, I used the chat feature on the website. The bot helped me understand that my light might be under warranty, so I answered it's questions, and got an email that Ancona would follow up. After no follow up, I responded to the email, received an apology, and the part was shipped. Happy to get the part, but wish the emails were better managed.

1/25 - I sent email to an incorrect email address listed online. After much searching I found another email address.
2/5- finally found an email address that worked
2/7- received an email from Jackie (yeah !)
2/7-2/13 Jackie and I are corresponding
2/13- 2/20 haven heard from Jackie in 7 days
2/20 sent email via FB messenger looking for Jackie (the email address on their FB page doesn’t work ).
2/20 after 7 days guess who responds - Jackie - the part I need is unavailable and she doesn’t know when it will be available
2/21- no problem Jackie (not your fault ) can you send me the “how to “ I can purchase the part elsewhere since you don’t know when it will be available. no she cannot send me a “how to “. Can I have a phone number so I may contact someone who can assist me ?
3/2- still no video or contact phone number or projected date of my part from Jackie
Horrible horrible customer service on this company part. My product (a stove) was purchased from Costco and Costco stands by their products and customer service. I will be contacting Costco corporate on the lack of support given to me by this company, I will NEVER purchase a product from this company ever again or will I recommend them to anyone. How can a company not have a customer service phone number listed anywhere ? And two of their email addresses don’t even work.

The broiler broke on our oven/range and they say the part is out of stock. No response to my question as to how long it’s been out of stock or when to expect it back in stock. And the appliance is not a few years old. Would not buy again
Great customer service! I had a mtor fail on an over the range exhaust hood a short time after purchase. I contacted them and it took several discussions but they are shipping me a new motor. Good company! Thanks!
I reached out to Ancona and it took them 3 days to contact me. Their 1-800 number does not work! Paid over $800 for this towel warmer and it was installed August 2023 during our renovation. The switch/ timer stopped working February 2025. They finally contacted me stating they saw I ordered a new switch. I couldn’t wait for them. They didn’t even offer to replace it at no fee. This switch obviously was defective as it should not stop working just after 1 year. Poor customer service!!!
The plastic cover of the electrical system of my old range broke. The part was out of stock, so I contacted the customer service which found one for me. I got it in less than 2 days.
I was told the unit I inquired about is out of stock and the factory has no clue when they intend to make any more! They offered no alternate recommendations.
I will find a company who will provide better recommendations and solutions.

My Rangehood was missing a duct connector ,, every step of the process after reaching out to them was excellent from start to finish, couldn’t ask for better and received my part promptly
I needed a manual on my vent hood because the contractors didn't leave one with me. After receiving my request Olivia promptly e-mailed me one.
I would say the service I received was perfect!
We are an appliance repair service servicing an Ancona range for the first time, contacting Ancona by contact form had a slow response time, had to contact multiple times.
After my last request I received a quick response time with the part necessary for the repair, though the additional foot kits requested by the customer are not available.
Hopefully future communications will be a littler faster.
Ancona help says the upper element needs to be replaced. The appliance is only a few years old. And the part is out of stock. So, buy a new range? Frigidaire, GE this time?
Answers were good when they came but my oh my it takes FOREVER to hear back. Phone number always goes to VM which means crawling towards an answer in the form of very slow email exchange. Thankful I wasn’t in a time sensitive situation.
After 7 years of use I needed to replace the led lights on my range hood extractor fan. I did not know what part number to order and emailed Ancona. I received a quick response from Jackie with links to the lamp order. I was thrilled that there was no delivery fee and how easy it was to order and that the lamps were not discontinued. That’s good service

I have been trying to repair my ancona electric range for 2 months. You never answer your phone and when I email a question it takes days/ weeks to get a response. The response i get sometimes has nothing to do with my question. I AM LOOKING FOR A TECH SHEET FOR MY AN2201 ELECTRIC RANGE. My technician would like to follow the wires to see what is disconnected IDO NOT NEED A PARTS SHEET
the part I need for my oven is temporarily out of stock, which is understandable but I also asked where else I can buy a compatible part, with no response to that question. My oven is dead in the water
Service? They answered but didn't answer my question. I wouldn't have given as high as a one star but I had to give that to give any response at all. Looks like my experience is the norm.
