I had to do several chats to finally get what I wanted. AI was no help and it could have been resolved quickly with a human answering.
Response was timely although I would have appreciated a response from a real person not AI.
Can't say enough about how great Ancona is with Customer Service. Highly recommend. Don't shop elsewhere!!

Have a burnt out lightbulb but need a suction cup to remove the bulb on my range hood. I do not have the suction cup.How can I get one?
I purchased a heated towel rack from Best Buy during the summer. At that time it worked and because it was summer, I didn't use it again until mid October and then it stopped working. I contacted Ancona directly and sent them purchase invoice from Best Buy Online. I was contacted very promptly by the Ancona customer service department and when they determined that it wasn't just a faulty switch, they offered either a full refund or replacement. I opted for a replacement. They didn't require me to send the faulty one back, which was very handy as I no longer had the shipping box. Great service!

Needed to replace a SS filter on my range hood. Sent a text to Ancona over the weekend and actually received a reply about an hour later.
Unfortunately item item is out of stock.

After two years the motor of my hood broke, the company was extremely helpful and sent me a replacement motor. They where quick in their response emails I had a great service and would highly recommend!!

The service I received from Ancona was prompt and professional. I inadvertently ordered the wrong part and was offered support by Jackie. Hopefully my new part will fit and I will not have to bother the customer service agents again but if so, Ancona staff is pleasant and patient. I highly recommend Ancona products and service.

When humans call companies they want to speak with humans not AI. AI does not care about what I think or what I need. Taking the caring factor out ruins your company.
I was really impressed that ancona and in particular Jackie were so responsive to my plight. My towel heater is not the end of the earth but it is one of my pleasures. To have a heated towel when I get out of the shower in the mornings is one of my daily pleasures.
I was truly impressed with the promptness of my enquire and Jackie jumped in immediately and helped us out. Very impressive for these times.!

I bought a tub faucet several years ago and I needed to replace a part but it was discontinued from where it was purchased. I took a chance and emailed the company and after a few email exchanges the part was found and shipped free to me! Jackie was awesome, great customer service!!!
