As a customer I feel privileged. The response is super quick and service is of the highest quality. Recently, I had an issue with electronic control panel for my rangehood and they sent a replacement panel with no extra cost. I would recommend all to trust Ancona products and service.

Telling me to get in line on back order is not an answer. If you sell something and continue to sell it, then get the the parts to replace what breaks in no time. Recently purchased hood (3 of them actually, same model), 2 have lights that flicker so bad as to cause headaches. So 67% defective. Carry the replacement bulbs or don't use the garbage bulbs in your product. Can't even buy replacement as they are on "back order". Really. And it took them a week to get an answer. And try calling their 800 number. Not in service. Great Customer Service, Ancona!

They don’t even deserve a one star I brought a range hood from them the box came soaking wet. I mail them to tell them that I will be returning it because the box was wet and I not sure that with all the water if the range hood will work again. They are telling me to pay for shipping fee to get it back to them because they gave me a tracking number and I should has stay at home until the product arrive to protect it from inclement weather As if I have nothing else to do but to wait for a package that I didn’t know what time it was going to arrive. Go somewhere else because buy from her beca if have you have to return something they will not sent you a return slip. And then you would have to end up with a product that is useless to you or pay for shipping with a tracking number.

Looking for a replacement filter for my Ancoma stove hood. Response was quick and they told me which one to order. I placed the order. Hopefully it is the correct one.
Placed my order and told me that I ordered the wrong parts gave me a refund and gave me a discount on new motor for my range hood.
Customer service is useless. I need 2 light bulbs for my range hood. Not only are they back order, but they are not available anywhere else and they want $57 each for an LED light bulb. Ridiculous! Will never buy any products from this company ever again.
Since feb asking for a part for my stove. Finally emailed them again ….4 months later and this time received an AI response . Not even a person. What kind of company thinks their human customers doesn’t deserve a human response ? Haven been able to bake for my kids since Christmas 2024.
We were having some issues with a 4 hole tub faucet. The diverter valve was not fully closing and water would dribble down the wand. We sent an email explaining the situation. Ancona replied on a Sunday asking if they should send a new replacement at no charge and we agreed ! Thank you for the great service! We are looking g forward to the new bathtub faucet.

When I had an issue with an installation requiring attention, no offer was made to bring a technician to me, no support to find any tech support. All they would do would send me a digital copy of a manual I already had, and do it myself. No help in getting chimney sections cut.....totally left to my own devices. Product is fine, but the product support is NIL.
I have a problem and the suggestion of buying new light pucks is not the correct solution. The lights have a halogen bulb and they all go off at the same time. it is definitely the controller. I just need to know which one and if I can purchase it. the unit is about 14 years old.
They provided the correct part number to order. Sadly, TRUMP TARIFFS prevent me from ordering the part as Ancona must now reconsider pricing+tariff costs for the control panel. I hope to be able to order it soon at some inflated cost.
I was having no success trying to set the clock on the timer (PATIM-01), so I sent them an email...on a Saturday. Within 30 minutes I had a helpful response from someone who actually read my email and understood the problem. It ended up being my misunderstanding of the instructions (which, admittedly, could be improved with some different wording, but I digress...) but I was impressed with their prompt and thoughtful weekend response.
Poor support. No parts. Dumping my stove and having to buy a new one.
I sent by email a query about a replacement part for my freestanding bathtub wand and the AI generated response suggested the wrong replacement part. It suggested a single handle faucet.
If I could give a zero star, I would. This AI generated response was not helpful at all. Very disappointing customer service support.
Ordered replacement filters and LED lights for an 8year old exhaust fan. Impossible to connect with a live agent, but eventually did get it sorted out through online request and subsequent email. Parts have been ordered (free shipping in Canada)
