I was not helped or responded to. When I reached out to follow up they responded with "Tell us how Jackie did", Well she did nothing and did not help or respond. Awful service.
Cannot talk to anyone for a simple question and answer. Do not get answers on email or chats either. All generic BS. Just trying to find a part and it is this difficult.
I got the information and feedback I needed but the response was very slow. I had to reach out to them 3 times before I got the feedback.
Unfortunately no solution was provided to a request. My request was for brighter range hood lights. Cannot see brightness from a photo or online. Was told there are no other options for brighter light. So unfortunately back it goes as a return. Which I was hoping to prevent.

I purchased a black faucet, but unfortunately, the paint is peeling. I reached out over a week ago and followed up, but I have yet to receive a response. The lack of timely communication has been frustrating, and I’m unsure when I can expect an update.
2 days still waiting on an answer. Phone calls get resolved immediately. That’s why I like calling not texting you have to wait on texting. Old school

jackie is always prompt in her replies and gets to resolving the issue ASAP! if she doesnt know the answer, she will figure it out and gets back to you - she does not forget about you, no matter how small your issue is. Ancona is lucky to have her representing their brand. The hood fan i purchased is not the best grade of steel. It has rusty spots and it tarnishes easily. Even water marks are hard to get off. I use a stainless foam cleaner and have difficulty even with that. So i have issue with the product quality but not the customer service.
i work night shifts and always have to wait for customer service rep. in the morning for a response but this was quick! no need to wait for long hours and answers were 99% correct!
Very pleased with the fast response I received from Jackie concerning sourcing a replacement filter for our Ancona Range hood.
Too bad the news concerning the Fliter was not as good , being the Filter is currently out of stock however I was able to set up to be notified when the Filter comes in.
