After 2 years utilization residential home the fan inside broke and replacement parts not available I need buy complete new fan you quality it’s really poor

The motor assy. I removed had a defective blower the motor is fine. The part that secures the blower to the motor broke. That's what happened to the second unit that failed. This is the fourth unit that we have had to replace.

Support was great in directing me to the correct part. Arrived quickly and installed easily with their supplied instructions.

Part works as expected, needed an electrician to change as complicated to remove and assemble
