I received the product as expected, installed it, and it works fine. However, I was disappointed to find that the thin rubber gasket, which goes between the vent housing and the motor, was not included. There were no instructions indicating that the existing gasket from the previous motor should be reused, so I had to reinstall everything after discovering this. I strongly recommend including this inexpensive gasket with the motor, as it was frustrating to realize it was missing after the installation.
