Got one of these three years ago when I had my bath remodeled. The electrician threw away the documentation. Turns out there is a switch on the bottom arm that I didn't know existed, and it had been turned off somehow. So my original still works fine. Going to keep this as a replacement or give it to my son. Very nice quality and looks great. Instructions could be better, the switch is somewhat of an afterthought. Also need better explanation of how to set the timer that is included.
Love my towel warmer! My towels are nice and toasty, and my bathroom is also warmer, which is nice now that it is getting colder. I have preset the warmer for the morning for a few hours and in the evening as well to get everyone's schedules!
